Sky is a striking Husky mix with eyes that definitely catch attention. She has a warm, easygoing side and is growing more comfortable and affectionate every day. Cuddling is one of her favorite things, especially napping alongside her foster parent. She’s eager during walks, still working out some kinks on leash but showing steady progress—her enthusiasm makes every walk an adventure. If you want a dog who genuinely enjoys hanging out and playing with toys or her canine siblings, Sky fits that bill. She gets along very well with dogs of all sizes and benefits from having a regular group to play with. House manners are solid—in fact, she’s housetrained and uses a doggy door, and she’s happy to free feed. She’ll show off a sit and shake when asked, and she’s food motivated. Sometimes, Sky’s Husky instincts show up: she likes to gently grab her foster’s arm and try to lead them where she wants. It’s something she’s still working on, so patience and guidance will go a long way. She currently lives with women and has had mostly positive introductory experiences, but a slow, understanding approach will help her succeed in a new home.
