Hi, I'm Lokey!<br/><br/>I'm a gentle, laid-back guy who's just starting to come out of my shell. At heart, I'm a total couch potato. I love lounging in sunny spots during the day and curling up in a cozy lap in the evening. I'm not quite sure about being picked up yet, and I get a little nervous when there's a lot of movement around me, but with time and patience, I've been learning that people can be pretty great!<br/><br/>I have the softest fur around my neck (everyone says so!) and I especially enjoy gentle scratches and pets in the morning. I live with my sister, Jazzy. I like being around her, even though she sometimes gets a little feisty with me. I haven't met other animals yet, but I think I'd do best in a calm home with another friendly cat who understands that I need a little space at first.<br/><br/>Because I'm still learning to feel confident, I take gabapentin to help me relax as I adjust to new things. My perfect family would be patient, understanding, and happy to let me take things at my own pace.
