About Jax

Jax is a sweet 3-year-old goldendoodle with Addison's disease, but you'd never guess it from meeting him. His charming face features distinct markings and a notable dark mustache. Jax is playful and goofy, always seeking love and snuggles. He’s crate and potty trained, making him a great companion for the right home. His condition is under control with morning medication, which consists of four pills with breakfast. Weighing about 30 pounds, Jax needs to gain about 10 pounds to reach a healthy weight. While he can sometimes feel tired, he loves to play. He would thrive best in a quiet environment, ideally as the only dog or with calm companions. His medication costs around $65 a month from Costco. If you're hesitant to adopt right away, consider fostering Jax. Many people in our community start as fosters and often end up adopting these special pups.
