About Rosa
Rosa is a large Rottweiler with a classic black coat and an unmistakable presence. She landed in a rough spot in a high-intake shelter in southwest Virginia, but since joining her foster, her confidence and warmth have come through. Sizeable at 90-100 pounds and somewhere in her prime adult years, Rosa is strong yet well-mannered, especially for her foster mom. She knows how to sit, shake, and has a knack for picking up cues—especially for treats. Rosa adores food and responds well to training sessions, so someone who enjoys working with a smart dog will get a lot out of her. She needs a capable owner who can handle her size and strength, and a household without other pets is a must. Rosa has worked hard to get this far and would do best as the only animal, soaking up all the attention in her new home. Ready to give Rosa the steady, loving environment she deserves? She’s waiting to meet the right people who’ll be her forever family. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
