About Gabby
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Gabby, a sweet adult Domestic Short Hair with a beautiful gray and silver coat who is searching for a patient and understanding adopter. Gabby has had a rough start—she was left on the doorstep of a shelter and needs someone with a good bit of cat knowledge, a loving heart, and plenty of patience. She would do best as your only feline companion in a quiet home, ideally without small children. This lovely lady recently needed dental care and had five teeth extracted, but remains a true foodie. Gabby adores her daily Greenies dental treats, which help keep her mouth healthy. She will meow for your attention, rub against your leg, and purr delightedly. While initially wary of tall people towering over her, she quickly warms up when met on her level and even enjoys lap time if you sit beside her. Gabby isn't bothered by household noises, but fast, sudden movements startle her. She doesn’t like to be picked up or held and is slowly getting used to her carrier thanks to treat-training. She is fully litter-box trained, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, making her ready for her perfect home. If you’re ready to open your heart to a deserving rescue cat, Gabby is eager to meet you and show you how much love she has to give. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
