About Carley
Carley is a German Shepherd/Labrador mix who demands attention as one of the most loving pups around. She shares a deep bond with her brother Sniffers, and they'd thrive adopted together, but Carley will also be happy in a home with another playful, preferably male, dog. While she greets women with ease and trust, Carley remains shy and sometimes fearful of men, so she’ll need plenty of patience and gentle encouragement as she settles into new surroundings. A securely fenced yard is required—she’s used to running off-leash but still relies on the safety of boundaries. Carley has never known another home outside her foster’s care, so transitions will take time and understanding. She loves plenty of snuggles and playtime, showing her warm personality to those who move at her pace. Carley is currently in the Florida Panhandle with her brother, ready to find the right family.
