About Zephyr
Zephyr is a roughly 5 and a half year old Husky/Lab mix with a quick mind, real charm, and a distinctly playful side. She got her start at the SFSPCA, arriving there as a mom with pups and spending time in foster care until her puppies found homes. Back then, Zephyr was unsure and pretty reserved, but with some attention and patient leash work, she came around. Since coming to Azaya, she’s become genuinely silly and outgoing. She’s the kind of dog who’ll chat back, Husky style, and jumps into games with other dogs enthusiastically. Walking her on leash is easy, and she’s been through several obedience programs—so much so she’s now the demo dog. Her turnaround is obvious, and there’s a sense she still has surprises in store. Zephyr does not get along with cats, but she’s great with other dogs and is house trained. She’s vaccinated and spayed, and adoption includes her records along with some essentials for an easy transition. She brings quick wit, steady companionship, and plenty of curiosity.
