About Zander
Zander has spent more than two years waiting for a new chapter. He came in as a stray, so thereās not much background to share, but heās settled in and just wants to finally belong somewhere. At about 4 years old and tipping the scale around 65 lbs, Zander is a large mix of Shepherd and whatever else life had in store. He does well in the car, gets along with other dogs, and has shown heās comfortable around kids. He may be a little cautious at firstāespecially with some menābut once he trusts, heās devoted. Zander prefers a steady approach and room to set his own pace, but when heās feeling secure, he keeps close and enjoys simple routines like car rides or being part of day-to-day life. Heās fully house trained and, being born mid-January, carries a pragmatic Capricorn energy. If you stick with him for that initial warm-up, youāll see why Zanderās so easy to root for. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
