About Captain
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Captain is a gentle and playful boy discovering the joys of being a beloved house dog. He loves nothing more than being near his foster mom, showing his deep appreciation for her companionship. After arriving at the rescue due to an accident that left his back legs partially paralyzed, Captain has embraced his new mobility with a wheelchair, happily managing to run around the yard and chase squirrels. Outfitted in boots for his walks, he delights in outdoor adventures. In his foster home, Captain has shown a wonderful disposition with five small dogs and finds endless amusement with puzzles and toys. He enjoys time spent in the yard and values playtime and exploration. Captain is searching for a caring family who can devote attention to him, help him into his wheelchair, accompany him on walks, and assist with his diaper needs. He would also appreciate a friendly doggy companion in his forever home. Open your heart and house to Captain, and he’ll eagerly become your loyal friend. This could be the start of something paw-some.
