Peggy has some fear issues and needs a patient adopter who can help her feel secure and give her time to settle in. While she’s not a pup who wants big adventures, she delights in snoozing beside you as you work or relax. Peggy is a clever little lady, but she can be hard to catch if there’s something she’s unsure about, like going outside, so a calm and understanding adopter will be important. For her safety, a fenced yard is necessary since she might bolt if frightened. She prefers to stay close to home and finds car rides and vet visits stressful, so adopters living near her foster home in TN are encouraged to apply.
