About Blakely
Blakely is a beautiful and reserved Bluetick Coonhound, around 4 to 5 years old and spayed. She takes time to warm up to new people, and will need a patient adopter willing to earn her trust at her own pace. While Blakely tends to be shy initially, once she feels comfortable, she comes out of her shell. She’s had a variety of dog friends at the shelter and truly blossoms when she has a confident canine companion to guide her. Light play with other dogs brings out her best side, but having another well-adjusted dog in the home would really help her settle in and build more confidence. Blakely isn't suited for homes with cats, and she absolutely needs a secure physical fence to feel safe exploring the yard. You’ll be rewarded with loyalty and quiet companionship if you meet her where she’s at. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
