Sammie is a Husky (mix?) who is about 9 months old and 53 pounds. He just showed up in someone's garage during a rainstorm. Efforts to find an owner failed, so he is now in our Program and looking for a great home. Sammie has been wormed, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is receiving monthly heartworm prevention, too. He is incredibly sweet and growing like a weed!! =) Sammie is crate-trained, and uses the dog door to go outside to 'do his business!' He plays well with the resident dog in the home, and is surprisingly cuddly! His foster home doesn't have any cats, so we don't know how he is around felines.
