About Val
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Val, a handsome tuxedo cat who brings the classic charm of his striking black and white coat. Rescued from the streets of Baja in Ensenada, Val is almost fully grown and currently thriving among foster siblingsāboth cats and dogs. This easy-going teenage male integrates seamlessly into groups, showing gentleness rather than dominating behavior. Heās noted for his impeccable litter box manners and would flourish in a home with other cats or alongside any of his foster siblings. Val is comfortable around dogs as long as they are calm and do not startle him, which is understandable given his street survival skills; overly energetic dogs tend to make him a bit skittish. He adores toys and is well-behaved, preferring feline companionship for now, though with patience and attention, his bond with people is likely to blossom further. Valās foster situation doesnāt involve adoption eventsāhe can only be met at his foster home after your application is approved. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for both Val and his potential adopters. If youāre open to watching a special kitty come out of his shell, consider a foster-to-adopt trial. The rescue team is happy to help match you for Val or any cat in their care, and military applicants can complete a brief extra questionnaire to get started. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
