About Valentine

Valentine has spent quite a while at ARC and first arrived after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Over time, she’s settled in but it’s clear she’s waiting for a quieter, lifelong home. She’s more of an independent spirit, preferring her own company even in a house packed with other cats, though she’ll tolerate them if they respect her space. At heart, Valentine is shy—she doesn’t jump in right away—but when she warms up, she’ll seek out head scratches, lap time, and relaxed company. Playtime brings out her goofy side, and she has a knack for being silly when she’s comfortable. This sweet cat would thrive with people who let her settle at her own pace and are generous with affection once she’s ready. She’s playful, easy to love, and would truly appreciate finally having a family all to herself. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
