Noggin is a big, solid boy who arrived at the rescue with wounds on his neck, but he has healed up well. He’s a friendly cat and enjoys being petted—he’s even happy to be held, as long as the petting keeps coming. Noggin shows a playful side and likes to chase strings, feather wands, and whatever toy you happen to have on hand.
