About Mamba
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Mamba, a silly and lively shepherd mix who is always eager for action and adventure. He has no concept of personal space and loves being right by your side, always up close and involved. If you’re looking for a companion ready to run, walk, hike, or play at any moment, Mamba is your guy—he lives for activity! Tennis balls are his absolute favorite, and he could happily play fetch for hours. Mamba is smart and already knows a couple of commands like sit and down, but would benefit from continued training and work on his manners. He’s eager to learn, especially for someone patient and willing to be his great teacher. Previously, Mamba lived in a home with dogs, cats, and children. At the shelter, he is initially tense and uneasy when meeting new dogs, but if given time, he can relax and warm up. However, slow and monitored introductions will be important if he’s to join a household with other dogs, as he sometimes shows dominant behaviors that may improve after his recent neuter. When meeting cats, he tends to be tense and unsure, so a cat-free home will be best for him. Fun fact: With a birthday of November 5, Mamba is a Scorpio, known for their passion and playful spirit! Mamba is neutered, medium coated, and current on vaccinations. His adoption fee covers his neuter, vaccines, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a wellness exam. What are you waiting for?
