This brave Frenchie has not had an easy life. Because she had skin allergies, and the owners could not afford the apoquel, they just let her scratch her skin for years. The result is a terrible dermatitis, infected skin, and a miserable life. We are getting her treated. She is currently in foster care but if there is an adopter willing to step up and take on her care, we would be most grateful.
