Zipper & Velcro
AvailableThese young male Domestic Short Hair cats are medium-sized and currently in the care of Animals In Need Fund. Born in April, both Zipper and Velcro have been neutered and have up-to-date vaccinations. While not yet fully house trained due to their special needs, they are making progress, especially Zipper, who now uses the litter box most of the time. They require a home prepared for the ongoing care that comes with the Manx breed's unique health needs.
About Zipper & Velcro
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Born in April, these super-sweet boys have had a challenging start to life, though you’d never know it by their loving personalities. Zipper and Velcro are chatty, endlessly purring, adore being held, and are fabulously playful companions. Both are true Manx cats with zero tails—a trait they share with their friend Snoopy—and they have all the charm and loyalty that Manx are famous for. These boys are known as 'the dog of the cat world' because of their loving, loyal, and social nature. However, Manx can face unique challenges such as incontinence, anal glands that require care, regular cleaning, and sometimes the need for diapers. Zipper has made impressive progress and now almost always uses the litter box with minimal leakage. Their distinctive hind legs give them a bunny-hop gait and a frog-like rest, adding a delightful dose of character. Both are strictly indoor-only cats to keep them happy and healthy. They require a cat-savvy, cat-centric home able to accommodate their particular needs. Zipper and Velcro are already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and have thrived in a loving foster environment. A home visit will be part of their adoption process. Fun fact: since they were born on April 3, these kittens are Aries—known for their courage, energy, and curiosity, all traits these boys display every day! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
