Travertine’s mom, Sierra, was a stray. She ended up in someone’s garage and she was very friendly and pregnant. She Obviously belonged to someone and had been abandoned. Sierra went to a foster home and gave birth to 6 adorable kittens. Travertine is a sweetie! She is friendly and gentle. When Travertine wants your attention, she will let you know and be right there to receive it. She is a laid back and easy going cat. She loves being pet, will push her head into your hand, and will come and cuddle in bed or on the couch. She has a great purr. She loves to eat and gets excited when she hears a wet food can being opened! Travertine is curious and playful. She likes to play with toys, chase a laser pointer and climb up cat trees. She enjoys looking out windows and watching birds. She gets along with small cat friendly dogs. She would do good in a home with one or two other laid back cats, in a home with a small mellow cat friendly dog or as a solo cat.
