Blanche is a sweet, independent girl. She loves to watch from a distance but warms up and wants her pets often. Come out and meet her at The Animal Welfare League located at 6330 Willowdale Road in Springfield, Ohio. We're open Wednesdays 10am-12pm and Saturdays 12pm-2pm.
