About Farmer
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Farmer is an adorable two-year-old pit mix with a heart full of love and a playful, affectionate nature. He is the perfect addition to any family, especially those with children, thanks to his gentle and friendly personality. Farmer gets along well with other dogs and, while he's curious about cats, he remains calm and gentle around them. His excellent leash manners and dog door training make him an easy fit for almost any household, and he's always eager to please—showing great progress in mastering his "stay" command. Farmer's boundless affection and joyful spirit are sure to fill his forever home with happiness and love. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and for those over six months old, tested for heartworm and on heartworm preventative in their foster homes. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs as we do not have a shelter location and cannot arrange meet-and-greets without one. Our team strives for accuracy in every bio, so if you do not find an answer to your question here, please reach out to us for more information. Home visits are required for all adoptions, so our adoption radius is within two hours of Dayton, OH. If you live outside this area, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
