About Whoopa
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Whoopa is a loving and gentle Formosan Mountain Dog mix with a striking black coat and a heart full of trust and warmth. She’s been through hardships in her early life but continues to greet every day with tenderness and loyalty. Whoopa thrives around people—she is particularly gentle with children and is comfortable with both small and large dogs. Her sociable nature extends to cats as well, making her a wonderful match for multi-pet households. She’s learning leash manners, is crate-trained, and is picking up house training quickly, showing eagerness to learn and please. Car rides and visits to the park are some of her favorite activities. While she is happiest with her sister Whoopi and would love a home together, she’s ready to bond deeply with a loving family who can offer her stability and care. Rescued from life on the streets, Whoopa was fortunate to be found by a compassionate TNR volunteer who made sure she had the medical attention, safety, and affection she deserves. She’s up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, and in great health, ready for her next chapter. With a calm yet playful presence, Whoopa is looking for a forever home where she will be cherished and nurtured. She loves to be involved in family life and can adapt to both quiet and active households. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
