About Lobo
**Meet Lobo, aka Oso!** A pomeranian that is not yappie, hallelujah. Never thought it would be possible. But here he is. Meet Lobo, a charming 3-year-old throwback Pomeranian full of joy! He is the sweetest little guy you'll ever meet. Lobo gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, children of all ages, and even cats! He is both house and crate trained, making him an outstanding companion. Lobo is not your typical small-breed dog. He doesn't display the usual behaviours associated with small breeds. Whether on or off-leash, Lobo knows how to behave, although we recommend having a fenced yard for him to play safely. Having another playful, active dog in the home would be ideal for him. Lobo is SMART. He thrives with leadership guidance and training. This little fella enjoys grooming sessions and requires daily brushing to keep his coat looking fabulous. Lobo is playful, active, and always ready for fun. His happy-go-lucky personality shines through as he enjoys car rides, playing with other dogs, and engaging in lively games of chase. He can easily keep up with a 3-mile walk—it's just a stroll in the park for him! Moreover, Lobo is obedient for a small dog and is very motivated by food and toys, making training a breeze. With his friendly demeanor, he is the perfect social butterfly who loves making new friends, both furry and human alike. If you're looking for a fun-loving, adventurous active companion, Lobo is your guy! He would thrive in a home with active, friendly dogs who match his spirited vibe. Just remember, he needs regular grooming and daily brushing, as well as daily physical and mental exercise and enrichment. A fenced yard is essential. Lobo enjoys car rides, outings, trail walks, hikes, and boat rides. Lobo is house and crate trained. Lobo thrives with daily training sessions. He loves to play with other dogs as much as he enjoys learning. Lobo is social and a family that is also would be best. **All Adoptions Include:** - Spayed/Neutered - Rabies Vaccination (1 or 3 years) - All Age-Appropriate Core Vaccinations (including Lepto & Corona, 1 or 3 years) - Heartworm-tested (Negative) - Monthly Heartworm, Flea, and Tick Prevention - Lyme Disease Tested (Negative) - Dewormed and faecal tested (Negative) - All testing completed within 6-12 months - All age-appropriate care (blood work, dental care, testing, and medications) - Lifetime Microchip Registration with free unlimited updates - Quality protein diet **Adoption Processing:** - The adoption application review can take up to 3 weeks. - A minimum of two meet-and-greets is required before adoption. - A home check must occur. - Out-of-state adopters are welcome at their expense. - We do NOT ship any adoptable pets. - Adoption fees are due at the time of adoption. - No exchanges or requests for money are required before adoption. - No payment plans available. **For AHRS Former Adopters:** - No adoption fee is required; a donation of your choice is expected, encouraged, welcome, and appreciated.
