About Honey Paws

Honey Paws has lived a lot of places in her young life. She started out at a rescue in El Paso, moved through a big shelter, and eventually landed at APA in early 2025. Anxious at times, she's been on medication that really helps smooth the edges. She knows her basic training—APA taught her, and the PAWS prison program gave her extra polish in April 2026. After all this time, Honey Paws is still waiting for her own person. As the longest-term dog at APA, she’s more than ready to settle down and make a fresh start. Fun fact: Honey Paws is a Virgo, so she’ll bring steady loyalty to her future home. Think you could be the break she’s been hoping for? They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
