About Daisy Flower
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Daisy Flower is truly one of the sweetest souls you'll ever encounter! Much like her namesake flower, she thrives in the sunshine. For the past decade, she has enjoyed the freedom of roaming across 10 acres, thanks to her electric fence collar. Sadly, her pet parents have moved into an assisted living facility, or she would still be basking in the only yard she’s ever known. This independent lady enjoys her own space, yet happily greets a gentle head scratch or a tasty treat. While she typically keeps to herself around other dogs, she is comfortable with their company—even if energetic pups sometimes shower her with affection. Daisy prefers to watch the action from a peaceful spot nearby. She is eligible for the Senior Soulmate Program: if a senior citizen adopts her, a generous donor will sponsor her adoption fee, and she will receive six months of heartworm protection. All dogs in the program are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested for heartworm if over six months. An approved application is required to meet Daisy, as there is no public shelter location. Meetings are only arranged after approval. Home visits are required for every adoption, and placements are made within a two-hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you live outside this radius, please reach out to your local rescue or shelter instead. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
