Gilly
AvailableGilly is a large, adult male Shepherd mix, currently located in Fort Worth, TX. He’s a high-energy and silly companion, yet he’s learning the ropes on house training after his recovery. Gilly is neutered and his vaccinations are up to date. Having spent time healing from paw surgery, he’s looking for someone willing to offer patience and a second chance.
About Gilly
Gilly is a lively, water-loving Shepherd mix ready for either a foster or forever home. At 4 years old, he’s packed with energy and plenty of personality, happiest when splashing around or being his goofy self. Gilly absolutely loves people—he shines around kids, and he’s comfortable around cats, too. With other dogs, he does best with females or more submissive males, especially when introductions are done thoughtfully. After a tough stint on his own that left his paws in rough shape, Gilly has recovered from surgery and is eager for the next chapter. He’s rebuilding his potty and crate training skills, and responds well to structure and patience. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Gilly tested heartworm negative and has shown resilience and cheer despite his earlier hardships. He’s ready to bring fun and affection to a home—foster or forever. He’s based in Fort Worth, TX, with transport options if you’re adopting from farther away. He’s looking for someone to show him real love and welcome plenty of wet paws and laughter into their lives.
