They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Mika, a sweet and gentle female Formosan Mountain Dog mix with striking black and brown fur and a heartwarming story. Mika is two years old and truly shines with her affectionate temperament—she is wonderful with people, gentle around children of all ages, and gets along superbly with dogs big and small. Mika has shown herself to be good with cats as well. Despite a rough start, she remains loving and trusting of everyone she meets. Currently thriving in her foster home, Mika is eager to find her forever family. She has started leash training, is crate trained, and is doing very well with her housetraining. Mika travels calmly in the car and waits patiently during errands. She is calm yet playful, making her an excellent companion for both active and quiet households. Mika has received thorough medical care, has been spayed, vaccinated, and is microchipped, with all her tests coming back healthy and clear. Thanks to the dedication of her rescuers, she is now ready for a new, loving chapter in life. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
