About Fury
Fury earned her name after a long journey as a stray, covering impressive distances and keeping just out of reach for months. Less than a year old when she was first found, she was terrified and always on the move—so much so that her incredible travels needed photos to believe. Over time, Fury learned to trust the people around her, growing bolder and allowing herself to accept affection. Now, she thrives on companionship—rolling over for belly rubs at events, making soft eye contact, and asking for more every time you pause. She loves going out on leash and is happiest when she’s with her people. Fury bonds deeply and will greet you eagerly, always wanting to be close. However, she struggles when left alone and needs an adopter who can supervise her or keep her safely contained—her escape skills are serious, and she can be destructive when unsupervised. Crate training is non-negotiable, and she should never be left in a yard unattended. She also requires a firm hand on the leash and absolute vigilance about open doors and windows. No offleash time in unfenced areas is ever safe for her. Already three years in rescue, Fury has become confident and sweet with people and dogs. She’s looking for a family who understands her needs and is ready to give her the stable, loving home she deserves. They didn’t think she’d make it this far, but she’s still here, ready for the next chapter. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
