About Eric High
Eric is a striking, large tabby/domestic shorthair cat with a short brown coat, still pretty young at one year and ten months old. He started life outdoors with his siblings, then spent a stretch in a quiet room, mostly with dogs and a baby before his foster mom took him in. At first, Eric kept his distance and hissed, but patience won him over—and now he’s the cat who follows you around, curious about everything you do. He loves company, both feline and human, and is happiest when exploring or settling in for a cuddle. Eric chats when he has something to say and doesn’t mind the background noise of a gentle dog or kids at play. It takes him a bit to warm up to new faces, but if you give him time and space, he turns into an affectionate, loyal companion. He gets along well with other cats, likes friendly dogs, and is fine with respectful children. Eric is looking for someone who’ll let him come out of his shell on his terms, and will reward your patience with a ton of personality. Ready for a cat who brings both conversation and comfort? Eric would love to meet you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
