Rescued from the streets of Houston just before a freeze, she was found covered in scars, but those challenges haven’t dimmed her spirit. Saki has blossomed into a healthy pup, receiving all her medical care, including vaccinations, microchipping, spaying, and heartworm treatment. Now, she’s eager to find her forever family. True to her breed, Saki is full of energy, incredibly smart, and always on her toes. She adores playtime and has formed a sweet bond with a blind male pug puppy in her foster home. Watching them together is pure joy! Saki is also a total cuddlebug, loving belly rubs that bring out those soulful brown eyes. Due to her past, Saki prefers calm companions, particularly male dogs. She doesn’t mesh well with dominant dogs, especially females, so she would thrive best as an only dog or with non-alpha friends.
