He's a smart, loyal dog who enjoys spending time with his person and feeling connected. Dexter would do best in a calm, adult home where he can be the only pet and continue to build confidence with patience and love. He's neutered, up to date on his shots, and after a tough start, this sweet boy truly deserves a second chance in a forever home where he'll finally feel safe and loved.
