About Lady
Lady is a sharp, loving girl who’s quick to bond and fiercely loyal to her people. She’s been through more than her share after being left behind by her family at a boarding facility, and she’s still working through some anxiety—especially around men. Lady is smart, food-motivated (but a bit selective), and picks up new commands fast. She already knows a long list: sit, heel, shake (both paws), even "pray"—and she’ll respond to silent hand signals too. She does best with calm, confident handlers who understand dog behavior. An active home, maybe with a runner, would do her good. She goes for two walks a day and is getting treadmill training to keep her mind and body sharp. Lady can be selective with her dog friends and will always alert you to what’s going on. She shows some resource guarding with food and bones, so a patient handler willing to stick to structure and routine is a must.
