Callie needs a superhero in her life, one who will show her living inside and with people is a good thing! When she gets pet she does really enjoy it, but she is still very shy and scared of people. Callie spent most if not all of her life living outside and it shows. She is blind in one eye from an untreated infection and likely deaf in one ear also due to infection. It was for these reasons she was not released back outside after being spayed and attempted to be socialized with people. She has made a lot of progress and needs someone to help continue that progress. Both her eye and ear so not give her any issues aside from the occasional gunk forming, but she handles getting drops very well. She did very well at the vet when going for a check-up too! Callie would do best in a home with another confident cat to show her the ropes. She needs someone who is patient and loving to give her the time she needs to come around.
