Meet Atlas & Athena! These two gentle giants were found as strays and ended up in doggie jail. We were able to pick them up yesterday from NC. They appear to be brother and sister. They are bonded! We will NOT be separating them in unless that changes as they settle in. What we know so far: - We’re estimating about 2yrs old. The shelter estimated 4yrs old. - They know how to sit and lay down - They’re crate trained - They need some weight, but are not emaciated - They appear dog friendly so far. The shelter did dog test and we were given the videos. They briefly met a smaller dog here and did well. We are keeping them separated as they settle in. - They will both get gastropexy surgery prior to being adopted. - They are fixed and utd on shots. Athena tested HW neg. Atlas declined to have his blood drawn at the time 😂
