Meet Emma Emma is a tiny black-and-white tuxedo girl with a surprisingly independent little soul. At just 5 weeks old, Emma was found orphaned by a neighbor. When she first arrived with us, she was incredibly shy and spent most of her time sleeping. When she was introduced to the Autobot litter, she wasn't quite sure what to make of all the kitten chaos. While the other kittens tumbled, wrestled, and played, Emma would sit quietly off to the side and watch them — almost as though she was trying to figure out exactly what this whole “playing” business was supposed to be. Toys were equally confusing. Luckily, Emma didn't have to figure it out alone. The Autobot kittens adopted her without hesitation and immediately began pulling her into their wrestling matches and kitten adventures. And it worked. These days, Emma plays and wrestles with them like she's been part of the litter since day one. When the mayhem finally winds down, she'll happily curl up beside her new siblings for a nap. Emma loves her newfound family, but she's still very much her own little person. She's affectionate on her terms, enjoys the company of her kitten friends, and has retained that wonderfully independent streak that makes her uniquely Emma. She may have arrived as a shy little orphan watching from the sidelines, but Emma has discovered that sometimes the best way to learn how to be a kitten is to find yourself a bunch of other kittens and jump right in.
