Imagine this: he couldn't open his mouth more than a fraction of an inch due to severe injuries, which meant no chewing, barking, or even panting! He had to push tiny bits of soft food into his mouth using a sort of “wrist” technique. 😢 But Ahmad, undeterred, sought help for Bolt. He scrimped and saved for two long years until he could buy Bolt a ticket to our special needs rescue in Wisconsin. 🇺🇸 After a harrowing 24-hour flight where Bolt faced more trauma, he finally landed in safe hands. It took him a few weeks to find his paws again, but oh, what a comeback!
