He was scooped up for chatting rather freely about the Governor 😏 and ended up in an animal shelter. But fear not, for after a 5-day stray-hold, Scrappy was saved by RuffStartStx and has since been fostered by the wonderful Mary Jo! 🏡 Despite all the changes Scrappy has faced, he remains a trusting soul who brings joy and a touch of mischief to the foster home.
