Meet the incredible Mama Padme! 🌟 This beautiful Terrier Mix, born around November 1st, 2025, has a heart full of resilience and love. Imagine a world where Mama Padme was left behind, her family moving away, and whispering stories of uncertainty. Was she pregnant when they abandoned her, or did she courageously give birth alone? 🐾 Under a dilapidated trailer, she hid with her ten puppies, struggling to survive. Thanks to some compassionate neighbors in Mississippi, her story took a turn for the better, as they reached out for help on social media. Our wonderful rescue partner immediately sprang into action, bringing Mama Padme and her precious pups to safety. When they arrived, poor Mama was covered in fleas and her ribs were visible. Her pups were undernourished, and Mama’s milk was running low due to her starvation. But just like her spirit, her determination to care for those little ones burnt bright! 🍽️ After a week of good food and warm shelter, Mama Padme regained her strength, and so did her milk supply! Now, her pups are thriving and healthy, and Mama has even become a nurturing figure to other puppies in need. ❤️ Mama Padme is dog-friendly, meaning she’s ready to share her love not just with her pups but with a whole new family! Imagine the happiness when she finds a forever home full of love and joy. She will be arriving on January 10th in Smithfield, RI, or you can pick her up at a quarantine facility in Westport, MA, starting January 12th.
