This lovable shepherd mix weighs in at about 20 pounds but is full of heart and energy. ❤️ Harley, along with his two brothers, came to us from a local shelter after enduring a challenging start in life—due to neglect and abuse. But he’s ready to leave all that behind and find his forever home! Play with me?" While he thrives in the company of other dogs, he would probably do best with older children, just to ensure that playtime stays on the safe side.
