Teddy has had quite the journey, as he was rescued from a busy street by a kind soul who couldn’t bear the thought of him getting hurt. Though he may not see the world in the way most dogs do, he truly experiences life through love, play, and snuggles. Teddy enjoys frolicking with his furry foster siblings.
