Meet the delightful Finn, previously known as Snickers! 🌟 This handsome 2-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is not just a beautiful sight but a heart-stealer with a story that could make anyone's heart ache. Brought to the shelter by a compassionate Good Samaritan who discovered him wandering alone in Muskingum Park, Finn’s journey has not been an easy one. He came wearing a harness but, oh dear, no ID tag or microchip to lead us back to his original family. Finn boasts a stunning chocolate brown-and-white coat, with those charming white paws that seem to skip right off an artist's palette. His mischievous face will have everybody chuckling with joy, featuring dark brown eyes that twinkle with mischief and a cute white muzzle that says, 'Let’s play!' Plus, he carries a long tail that wags like a metronome of happiness! 🐾 Whenever you gaze into his soulful eyes, a big smile is guaranteed to spread across your face. Some of you may recognize Finn from his earlier stay at the shelter! He was here on June 17, 2025, and even got a spotlight on our Facebook page, but life had other plans, and he found himself rehomed. Unfortunately, reconnecting with his new family has proven challenging. But Finn keeps his spirits high, embracing each moment with enthusiasm and zest for life! ☀️ Recently snapped during an outing with HSOV Kennel Tech Emma, his happy-go-lucky demeanor hasn’t changed one bit. Look at that joy! Weighing in at 53 lbs and brimming with energy, Finn’s love for life is contagious. He loves his leash walks, and his energetic nature means that he’ll keep you motivated on those outdoor adventures. 💪 Unfortunately, Finn had to undergo a mandatory three-day stray hold, hoping to reunite him with his previous family, but it seems no one came looking this time, leaving this sweet boy to seek a new forever home.
