Meet Sarge, the survivor with a heart of gold! 🌟 Just picture this: Sarge was found in a Brooklyn park, tied up and feeling a little lost, but you know what? He didn't let that dampen his spirit! 💪 What a trooper! After a night of being a true hero alongside our local officers—who we can only imagine were utterly smitten by his charm—he’s now ready to find a forever home that truly appreciates a dog like him. At around 3 years old and a handsome 80 pounds, Sarge is officially a gentle giant! He’s healthy too, with all his heartworm and Lyme disease tests coming back negative. He’s been given all the right vaccinations: rabies and distemper, and has been seen by a vet who gave him a clean bill of health. We’re currently waiting on his fecal results and he’s scheduled for neutering soon! 🐾 Sarge is looking for someone with experience in handling lovable shepherds like himself. 🐕 With a tail that wags like a metronome, he’s great with other dogs, and while we haven't introduced him to any cats yet, we believe the right introductions would work wonders!
