About Hope
✨Meet the enchanting Hope, a delightful 2-year-old Cockapoo weighing in at a charming 20 pounds! This little bundle of joy is on a journey of transformation—she came to her foster home as a scared pup, no name, and a lot of love to find. We named her Hope, and it fits her perfectly! 🌈 From the moment she arrived, Hope’s beautiful spirit began to shine through with her wagging tail and sweet demeanor. Once a bit matted and needing a good grooming, she now looks absolutely fabulous and is feeling like the star she is! 🌟 Remember, this radiant girl will need regular grooming to maintain her stunning looks, but trust me, she makes it worth every snip! Every day is a new adventure for Hope! She’s learning what it means to truly be a dog. Playtime is one of her favorite times—she adores toys and has a fun side hobby of chasing after a ball! 🏀 Although she’s still figuring out fetch, you can bet she brings the joy! Sunshine? Yes, please! She loves soaking up the sun, but a rainy day? Not so much, although she’ll still brave it when nature calls! ☔ As a dog who came from a breeder, she may take a moment to adjust to new people and situations—don't be alarmed if she does a little dance back at first! Just give her a moment, and she’ll show you she’s ready for affection. Treats? Oh my, she lights up like a Christmas tree for them! Just be ready; she’s still learning how to daintily take them from your hand; but set it down, and she’ll happily devour them! 🎉 Hope might thrive best in a home with older kids, as the hustle and bustle of loud households can be a bit overwhelming for her gentle heart. When it comes to house training, Hope is making great strides! She can hold it for about 4 to 6 hours and has her own cute little signals—spinning and circling like a little whirlwind! 🚀 She even uses potty pads as she’s getting accustomed to her new routine. Just remember, she’ll need some time to acclimate to her forever home! Hope loves to stay close to her foster mom, often napping nearby, and gets along with both cats and dogs. She’s not much of a barker and has a good nature about her; her foster home has never seen her chew or destroy anything. While she’s crate-trained, Hope prefers chilling in the kitchen while you’re away—what a sweetheart! 🥰 Keep in mind, she’s not yet leash-trained and can find it a tad intimidating. A gentle approach works best: picking her up and then attaching the leash does wonders! Her new home must have a fully fenced yard; invisible fences simply won’t do! If you see the potential for a beautiful friendship with Hope, why wait any longer? She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has even tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450, and a martingale collar is required for her safety—one can be purchased for just $10 from Pixie Mamas! 🌟 Don’t let the chance of a lifetime slip away; apply to adopt this darling girl through the Buddy App today! 🐾 Hope is ready to fill your life with love, laughter, and those sweet puppy cuddles! You won’t be disappointed!
