About Honey
💖🏃♀️ Meet Honey! This spunky bundle of joy is like a whirlwind of energy wrapped in fur! With an opinionated attitude and a mind as sharp as a tack, she is here to steal hearts and maybe a sock or two! Honey made her way to Cameron Animal Rescue from the Associated Humane Societies of Newark, where she was a stray looking for her forever home. Although we don't know much about her past, what we do know is that this feisty girl carries the spirit of a husky in her tiny Pomeranian frame! 🌟 Now, let’s talk about her playful side! She simply can’t resist a good game with anything she can get her paws on—like water bottles and pinecones! You might find her darting around the yard, scoping out every squirrel and rabbit that dares to cross her path—albeit with the grace of a runaway train! 🐾💧 Though she thinks she’s a stealthy hunter, she’s yet to catch her quarry, leaving plenty of funny moments to cherish! Honey can be a bit nervous around new faces, which makes her a tad mouthy if she feels uncertain. But don’t worry! With a little patience, she warms up to those who earn her trust, showing her gentle side to familiar friends. 🥰 At just 3 years old, Honey is in great health and ready to find her loving family! Her adoption includes all her vaccinations, a spay procedure, microchip, and even 30 days of free insurance. And yes—she's fully house-trained! 🌟✌️ Now, a little heads-up for potential adopters: Honey needs to be the only pet in the house. She isn't a fan of cats or smaller dogs, and while she’s curious about dogs her size or bigger, introductions should be handled with care. Also, she’s not suited for households with young children, but experienced teens might just be the right fit! Would you be ready to provide the attentive care required for this spirited girl, along with a high fence for her to safely romp around? So, if you’re ready to embrace the joy and laughter that Honey can bring, go ahead and apply through the Buddy App! 🌈🐶 Let’s find this lovely girl the forever home she so rightly deserves!
