Each furry friend comes with their own unique story, and we want to make sure their next chapter is a happy one. **Adoption Recommendations:** - **Puppies**: Families should have children aged **at least 6 years** old. - **Small breeds** (like Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, etc.): Children should be **at least 8**. - **Herding and working breeds**: Children should ideally be **at least 12** years old. *Every application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* **Adoption Requirements:** - Adopter must be a minimum of **21 years** old. - **No adoptions to college students** due to potential financial or time constraints. - **Fenced yards are required** for some dogs based on their individual needs. - **Apartment dwellers** are welcome, but **landlord approval** is required. - **Home visits** are mandatory (up to 2 hours away); virtual visits are not available. - A **contract must be signed**, agreeing to return the dog if for any reason you can’t keep them. **Adoption Process:** 1.
