🌟 Meet Sasha, the beautiful hound mix who is just a total lovebug! This girl absolutely adores attention and is on a mission to be near her people. Having just wrapped up her stint as a devoted mama to a delightful litter of puppies, she’s now ready to find her forever home where she can soak up all the love and cuddles she deserves! 💖 Sasha arrived at AHeinz57 alongside her two brothers, Flint and Flapjack, after living a life full of furry companions. It seems our lovely Sasha has spent a good chunk of her early days outdoors, so she’s not entirely used to the cozy, indoor life yet. But guess what? She’s been learning the ropes! 🏡 In her previous foster home, they discovered that she was quite agile and had a knack for jumping onto tables to explore what’s on top—talk about a curious little explorer! 🐾 However, her hound nose has gotten her into a bit of mischief, leading her to go where she shouldn’t, so she was kenneled at night. While she wasn’t a fan of going into the kennel, she calmed down once she was in and slept soundly. Zzz... 😴 Now, hounds are known for their vocal talents, and Sasha is no exception! She loves to serenade the world with her “melodic” howls, so a home away from shared walls would be the ideal setup! 🎶 Sasha has been a star in playgroups, getting along fabulously with her foster siblings, but she does require a meet-and-greet with any human and furry friends to ensure everyone is on the same page. Just a little pre-show warm-up! 😉 However, if there are any cats or livestock around, Sasha definitely views them as fun toys, so a kitty-free and livestock-free home is a must! 🐈🚫 On walks, she can be a bit of a puller if any smaller animals catch her eye, so her future human should have a strong grip and be ready to hold their ground! Having met a few families with younger children, her exuberance and strength were a tad overwhelming, so a home with older kids who have experience with playful pups like her would be the best fit! 🎈 Sasha is just a young girl yearning for a family that can be patient and kind while she learns all about love, security, and those all-important basic skills.
