Ringo and his siblings were found by a family not far from SoCo Rescue, when they were just little furballs of joy. They were given love, plenty of vaccinations, and all the care they needed to grow strong. However, due to being packed to the brim with adorable residents, Ringo and his brother, Eller, had to wait a whole year to join the rescue family. Can you believe that?
