Meet the incredible Laurel! 🌟 This wonderful girl is a 3-year-old Mastador, which is a delightful mix of Mastiff and Labrador. Weighing in at a solid 100 lbs of pure love, she's ready to find her forever family. Before she found her way to rescue, Laurel had a challenging start to life. Can you believe her previous owners didn’t even bother to give her a name? They just called her "Girl." 😢 She was surrendered to a shelter in rural South Carolina with six of her puppies. Everyone involved tried to rescue them together, but sadly, the other rescues just couldn’t help. Thankfully, the amazing Bullpen stepped right in and said, “Let’s help the mama first!” And that’s how Laurel landed in the care of those who truly value her sweet spirit! 🎉 Laurel is sweet and loving and enjoys almost everyone she meets. She would do great with kiddos over 10 who know how to interact gently with big dogs. 🤗 While she mainly focuses on her humans, she can be a little grumpy with some large dogs from time to time—maybe she just knows she deserves all the attention! 🌈 Now, when it comes to other pets, Laurel’s past has left her a bit unsure. She hasn’t spent much time with small or medium-sized dogs, so it’s best for her to have a forever home without those furry friends. As for cats, she’s only had a few fleeting glimpses of barn cats, so it’s still a mystery! 🐾 The words that best describe her? Spirited, playful, and affectionate! She absolutely loves giving kisses, playing with toys, and napping comfortably in her bed. 💤❤️ Oh, and she's housebroken and mastering her leash skills. Can you just picture her strutting her stuff?
