At about 3 years old, Willie has officially turned the page on a rough chapter in his life. He bravely battled heartworms and came out as a champion, having completed his full treatment. He’s now neutered, microchipped, and caught up with all his vaccinations for the year. Can you believe he was the only one of the 15 dogs we rescued that tested positive? It’s been a journey, but it just makes his happy ending all the more inspiring! 💪 Willie has been pampered with a deworming treatment, flea care (thank goodness for that!), and he’s currently on monthly heartworm prevention.
