Meet Buddy, a truly special soul with a heart as big as his remarkable story! 🥰 This charming boy came into our lives as an outdoor cat, clearly having seen more than his fair share of struggles. At first, he was injured and uncomfortable, but with a little love, care, and some tasty meals, he quickly showed his true colors of trust and kindness. Can you imagine the bravery it took for Buddy to lean into human affection after everything he's been through? It's heartwarming! 🌟 Now, let's talk about Buddy's medical adventures. Once he settled indoors, it became evident that this magnificent creature needed some serious TLC. Our vet found broken canine teeth, a double ear infection, and a troublesome polyp in his right ear. After a round of veterinary care and surgery on December 6th, it was discovered that Buddy had not just two rotting teeth and four polyps, but also a previous broken femur that wasn’t set right—leading to a big ol’ lump on his hip. And, oh yes, he even had Giardia! 😿 With an estimated age of 8+, Buddy, however, doesn’t act his age one bit! He’s playful, curious, and full of life—like a kitten trapped in a wise old soul’s body! 🎉 Despite the medical hurdles, Buddy truly shines when he’s around younger cats and kittens. He loves to gently groom them and play to his heart's content. His biggest dream? To curl up on a warm lap and share all the cuddles in the world! ☺️ But as he continues to heal, Buddy will need a patient and understanding family to help him along this journey. 🏡 💖 This resilient and affectionate boy deserves a loving home where he can finally relax and know what it’s like to be truly cared for.
